My [mostly] Old Navy Summer Haul

I’m a mom, I need to be comfortable and I need to be able to run after a toddler. Also it’s like 95% humidity where I live so breathable fabrics are a must. I was browsing the Old Navy app and they have some really cute stuff out for the summer. My #1 tip for shopping at Old Navy (or anywhere else) is NEVER pay full price! Their regular prices have been creeping up and I’m like no I’m not going to pay $39.99 for a shirt. Nope. Fortunately, Old Navy is always having a sale like 40% off or 30% off, sometimes you need to use a code and sometimes you don’t but if you really want something and it’s full price today, check back next week because it will most likely be on sale. Also don’t forget to check the clearance section because you can often combine sales and use a coupon code for 40% off on something that is already on clearance. Stack the deals! I got all of these clothes at fantastic prices. I will link everything but they rotate their sales so often some things might not be on sale anymore.

THESE shorts are my favorite shorts for the summer and I snagged them for about $13 on sale. They are high rise button fly with a sewn down cuff. The 3″ inseam and medium wash makes them so versatile you can dress them up or down and wear them anywhere. I think a 3″ inseam is the sweet spot for me because it does not show the booty (on me) but it is cute and trendy. Also there’s something about that longer inseam that looks awkward and unflattering on me. The top is a feminine flutter sleeve button down blouse made of a linen blend material. I am wearing a nude bra and I don’t think it is see through. I have the bottom unbuttoned and tied up but it looks just as cute untied. My shoes are rose gold pool slides. The basket bag I’m using isn’t from Old Navy, I found it at Ross but it is for sale on my poshmark! I picked it up because it’s adorable but not practical for mom life.

This next outfit has some shorts that might be the most comfortable shorts I’ve ever worn. The denim is soft and has some stretch. I’ve been on the lookout for some high rise black shorts and that fact that these are also a button fly just sold me! They are 3″ inseam. I paired these shorts with an olive green tee from Old Navy’s luxe line. It’s flowy and soft and comes in other colors and also a v-neck style.

If you are looking for comfortable, casual everyday dresses I think you should check these out. They can actually be dressed up for date night too! I’m obsessed with the orangey-red color and a-line shape of this linen blend dress. It’s so flattering with a tan. I like it so much I also have it in the yellow version. They were on sale for $12 when I bought them. I paired it with some white sneakers for everyday wear but you could easily dress it up with some block heels or wedges.

This dress is on clearance right now and you can combine it with a code too! That’s how I got it for $12

The last thing I got is a basic black tee shirt dress with a cute ruffle detail on the sleeves. I’m all about ruffles and buttons if you couldn’t tell. I was not expecting much but really ended up loving the comfort and versatility of this piece. It’s going to be on repeat this summer. Also snagged it for $12. My hat and leopard slides are not from Old Navy, they’re from Ross!

Believe it or not Old Navy ships to Guam and they do honor free shipping if you meet the minimum or have a code! I mean, many other stores won’t do that for us. All in all this was a successful haul and I’m so happy with my purchases. Oh and of course everything is machine washable (Mama don’t do dry clean only). I live in the place where comfort meets fashion and I love Old Navy because if there is a trend you want to try out at an affordable price, I think you can find it there. Also this post is not sponsored I bought everything with my own money and links are not affiliate! Thanks for stopping by!
